PHASE 1 - DISCOVERY
In the initial phase of our process, Discovery, we look at all of the bookkeeping and accounting processes you have in place. We analyze them for accuracy and get a better understanding of how your business currently works, and how you want it to function going forward. We will also look for ways to improve the current processes and to administer accounting/bookkeeping “best practices” going forward. After we collect this data, we will come to you with our findings, plan of action, and cost estimate for the additional phases.
PHASE 2 – CATCH-UP / CLEAN-UP
The second phase of our process is meant to get your company up to date on all your bookkeeping, rightly called catch-up and clean up. We will work to input previous transactions, book reconciliation, update any data charts, and fix issues that are found on balance sheets. This will get your company’s books back to a norm from which we can work to improve going forward.
PHASE 3 - PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
In the Process Improvement phase, Liberty NW Accounting will work with you to streamline your accounting processes. We work with things that save you time and reduce errors such as migrating your bookkeeping to Quickbooks, implementing bill payment electronically, and much more. These changes can save time and money by eliminating double data entry and speeding up routine tasks.
PHASE 4 - ONGOING WEEKLY BOOKKEEPING
After finding, fixing and improving your records and processes, we offer weekly bookkeeping services. We create a clear, detailed plan of the tasks that will be performed and what Liberty NW’s responsibilities and the Client’s will be. We value our customers and like to think of ourselves as part of your team and will be proactive in helping you succeed.
